This Italian Renaissance mansion, built in 1910, is one of the largest homes on Monument and is filled with original art, fine antiques, exceptional furnishings, more than 30 exquisite oriental rugs, including many room-sized, Tiffany sterling, fine china, garden furnishings and designer and vintage clothing for both men and women. The house, which measures 10,000 square feet on four levels, will both surprise and delight you.  The owner’s are downsizing and are not able to take so many exceptional pieces with them.

We will be opening at 11 a.m. on Saturday. Please come watch the race and cheer on the runners and then plan to visit the Circa sale. There is plenty of parking on Monument and on the surrounding side streets in the Fan. There are many levels within the home, so please wear your walking shoes and exercise caution. Circa is not responsible for falls and mishaps. No public restrooms will be available, so we ask that you plan accordingly.
